“Yosr and her team did an amazing job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress that was stained by red wine, sand, salt water, and dirt. She kept us updated throughout the process. They were even able to fix/clean what another (supposedly) high end wedding dry cleaner was not able to fix/clean. Don't question going anywhere else that may damage or ruin your dress. Come here first!!!”

“I brought my wedding dress to The Wedding Gown Specialists and I couldn't have had a better experience! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional, and they have many designers to choose from. I had a total of 3 fittings - and every time I went, the seamstress was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and tailored the dress wonderfully. I was nervous because I had decided to change the neckline of the dress to sweetheart, and since I'm only 5'1 the dress had to be shortened dramatically. My dress was covered in hand-appliqued lace with a scalloped bottom, I have no clued how she altered it so seamlessly, but she did! The only negative thing was that my alterations cost over $750... I knew this in advance, but still felt it was a little pricey considering I had no choice but to make the alterations. A lovely experience and very much so recommended!”

“HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! I dropped my wedding dress off Wednesday around 10am and got it back Thursday at 6:30pm!!!!! My dress was a complete mess as well as a broken belt that they fixed! The reason for the quick turn around was because my neighbor's wedding dress was lost by ups and I offered up my dress to her. Only problem was her wedding was on Saturday and it was already Wednesday!!! I was told the gown would be ready mayyybee by Friday evening. Yosr called me Thursday afternoon to tell me she would have it ready for me by Thursday evening!! How amazing!! Best best customer service! I will never go to another cleaners again! The Wedding Gown Specialist not only do an incredible job but they made someones special day possible!!!!! Thank you thank you!!”

The folks at Door to Door are super precise and careful With the Whole process guaranteeing you are happy With the alterations each step of the Way. My dress needed a last minute fix due to my changing mind and they Were so gracious to Work With me until the dress fit exactly as I Wanted. “I recently had my wedding dress altered and cleaned with Yosa and Virginia at Door to Door. My wedding dress was supposed to be made to fit me perfectly and when I received it from the designer a a few weeks before the wedding it wasn't quite right. The shop owner recommended Yosa to me and said Door to Door is the only place they trust with their sample dresses. Yosa took great care of me and helped me coordinate my drop off asap and set me up with Virginia to do alterations. Virginia was super patient with fittings and didn't stop til it was right, even on a tight deadline. I felt very comfortable bringing it back to them to do the cleaning and they got every stain out and quicker than expected. Overall a great experience and they understood how important this dress would be to me. I've already recommended them to my sister in law who is getting married in a few months!”
